No. dilobi is fully online and based in Nairobi CBD. Skipping the shopfront is how we keep our prices down.

Where do your games come from?
Our games are sourced from the US. Each product page says plainly what you receive.

How do I order?
Pick your game or voucher, add it to your cart and check out online.

How do I pay?
Pay with M-Pesa at checkout.

Can I ask a question before I buy?
Yes, please do. Message us about any game or voucher and we'll give you a straight answer before you spend a shilling.

PlayStation Store vouchers

What are your vouchers?
They're US PlayStation Store vouchers in set values, such as $10, $20, $25, $50 and $100. Each is priced in KES on the shop.

Which accounts do they work with?
They're US vouchers, so they're for US PlayStation accounts. If you're unsure which account you have, message us before you buy.

Deals

Do you run sales?
Sometimes. When we run a real deal, you'll see the old price next to the new one on the shop. We don't use fake countdowns or made-up discounts.

Why are your prices lower?
Because we're online only. No shop rent means fewer costs, and we pass that on to you.
