WHY NO SHOPFRONT.
A shop in town means rent, fit-outs and bills, and somebody pays for that. Usually it's you, at the till. dilobi stays fully online from Nairobi so that money stays off the price tag. Fewer costs for us, cheaper games for you. That's the deal. Order online, pay with M-Pesa, and message us if you have a question. —Talk to us on 0117-345624 (0117-DILOBI)—
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
GOT QUESTIONS.
Where do your games come from?
Our games are sourced from the US. Each listing says plainly what you receive.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We're fully online and based in Nairobi CBD. Skipping the shopfront is how we keep prices down.
How do I order?
Pick your game or voucher, add it to your cart and check out online. Pay with M-Pesa at checkout.
Which accounts do the vouchers work with?
Our PlayStation Store vouchers are US vouchers, so they're for US PlayStation accounts. Not sure which account you have? Ask us before you buy.
Do you run sales?
Sometimes. When there's a real deal, you'll see it on the shop with the old price next to the new one. No fake timers.
Can I ask something before I buy?
Yes. Message us with any question about a game or voucher and we'll give you a straight answer.
